Crime does pay....the state!!!

I just happened to be surfing and saw an interesting news story. .









Can you imagine you go to jail for something like a traffic violation or something mundane and minor. You may have to stay over night. Besides court cost, you may now be charged for your stay in jail. $90 per night sound good? What about being charged for toilet paper? What about being charged for the meal? Who doesn't want to pay $1.25 for a cheese sandwich? This is one of the craziest stories I have ever seen. Dubbed the "Madoff bill" in congress, a measure to start charging inmates for everything including room and board, meals, doctors visits, and even toilet paper.
